We’ve put together this short guide to give you an idea of our hiring process.
CV Submission
- You submit your application via linkedin in the appropriate job post(for any other applications out side job posts, feel free to send us your cv to [email protected])
- We will take a closer look at your application to see if your experience and skills are matching and relevant to the position you have applied for.
- We may ask you for more information via email.
Interview
Initial interview (on-line)
- a 30 minutes interview to connect as fellow humans. We'd like to get to know you and highlights of your experience, your ambitions, inspiration and motivation, what you're looking for in your next role, and to tell you about what we're working on at Edraak Technologies now and in the future. We want to make sure there's mutually a good fit.
Technical evaluation (Home)
- A Deep Dive where we'll send you a take-home exercise that reflects what you'll be working on as part of your future role. Your solution will be reviewed.
Technical interview (on-site)
- totaling 60 minutes with Edraak’s engineers during which you will solve live in a pair-programming fashion.
Final Chat
A final chat where you will have the opportunity to get to know your team better, talk about our work philosophy, and you may officially join out collective and begin work immediately.
From submitting your application to receiving an offer, the entire procedure takes about two weeks on average.
